The Art School I was commissioned by The Caterer Magazine to shoot a set of portraits of Paul Askew, the Chef Patron of Liverpool’s fine dining restaurant, The Art School. The Waterfront Hotel Stands on the lakeside in Southport and is in a prime position, with views over the north-west coast. The photo-shoot was to create a lifestyle gallery of imagery for the hotel’s website and marketing materials, plus a range of staff portraits. Amion Consulting I shot the Amion team at The Radisson Red Hotel in Liverpool. They are economic, financial and management consultants, who wanted to get away from formal corporate portraits on a plain background. Instead they have opted for more of a lifestyle format. We shot in various locations around the hotel with a mix of daylight and warm interior lights.

sō-lō Michelin Star Restaurant in Lancashire. I started working with Chef Tim Allen after I did a shoot with him for The Caterer Magazine. Sō-lō is his first solo restaurant and after being open for less than two years, it now celebrates its first Michelin Star. With a focus on sourcing local, the food is amazing.
