Denbies Vineyard Surrey

Days out Surrey and a trip round a British vineyard. 

Our visit to Denbies saw us being driven through the vineyard to the top of the steep hill that overlooks Dorking. The light on the day that we visited was sublime. Clouds were moving at pace, giving us both moody and bright light. The views from the top of the hill were stunning. Having tasted the delicious grapes which were due to be picked the following day, you can tell why local soil is most definitely suited to wine making.
